Grant Loebs, Twin Falls County Prosecuting Attorney

As the County Prosecuting Attorney, I am elected by the citizens of my county and serve at their pleasure.  But while I run for office and am active in my political party, I am not a professional politician.  I am a professional prosecutor.  I have served in this position because I have been honored with the trust of my citizens to fulfill an important civic duty.  I have never sought, nor will I ever seek to use this position as a “springboard” to some “higher” position.  For me, this job is not a passing fad; not something that someone with an agenda put me up to; not something I intend to use to serve future political interests; not something I settled for because my other choices didn’t work out.  For me, this is the most honorable and fulfilling position an attorney can attain.

Being the best Prosecuting Attorney for Twin Falls County is my sole career goal.  I work at it every day, every month, and every year.  I make mistakes, and I learn from them.  I do alone what must be done alone, and seek advice and assistance from the best around me when I can.  I have always loved Idaho—I think it is the last, best hope for this country.  Doing this job to the best of my ability is my way of contributing to keeping Idaho great.
